My favourite piece of technology

My favourite piece of technology is a Smartphone because it is a small that computer or tablet, so I can take it with me everywhere. On the other hand with Smartphone I can call my Friends, watch movies or videos that help me to study, read a book and surfing in networks, that's why I love it.

My first Smartphone I got it was in the year 2000. It was a "Nokia", I still remember when I was playing snake or the cover covered the numbers. How ever, my parents gave that Smartphone because when I was little girl left alone at home because my parents had to work.

Today I have other Smartphone, I like very much, because with the time the tecnology has change and the Smartphone I has in year 2000 is different with the Smartphone have today.

If I did not have a Smartphone, I know that I would still have computer jajajajajajaja no, the truth is if I did not have a Smartphone, I would work to get it or I don’t know it would not be the end of the world for me.

¿What to do with my future?

I think it is really difficult to make a decisión about your future when you are only 18 years old. Because in my whole life i’ve liked many things for example when I was at primary school, I thought of becoming a veterinarian because i love so much my pets, but then i started to like  drawing. I liked that carrer until the eighth grade, because I changed school and discovered new things.

In my new school I had science workshops. Since then my love for science was born in that moment I wanted to become chemical engineer.

When I was 18 years old I started studying chemical engineering in USACH, but after a year, I did not like my decisión then i felt very sad because i did not know what to do with my future. I got out of the carrer and started working in “Dominó” for one year.

In that long year, I did not now what to study, until one day I started talking to my boss and he told me – you would be a good food engineer - . The truth is i dont know what is a food engineer then when I got home I investigated about that career and I liked it very much.

Then I started studying for the PSU to be an food engineering.

Now I am so happy because I study food engineer in the university of Chile and i love this university, the students of faculty are very nice. There is always some teacher who can help me if I need it.

When I get my profesional degree I would like to create  food for vegetarians or I would like to do research in new food packages.
